Comprehensive initiatives addressing critical development challenges across Ethiopia through targeted interventions
We work to strengthen women's leadership at community and institutional levels by building skills, confidence, and access to decision-making spaces. Through mentorship, capacity building, and advocacy, we support women to lead change and influence policies that affect their lives and communities.
We create inclusive platforms where young people can express their voices, develop leadership skills, and actively participate in social and economic development. Our programs support youth engagement, innovation, and entrepreneurship to help them become agents of positive change.
We promote equitable access to financial services for women, youth, and marginalized groups. By supporting savings, credit, financial literacy, and inclusive financial products, we enable communities to build sustainable livelihoods and economic resilience.
We foster innovation and collaboration by connecting communities, institutions, and innovators with a strong focus on STEM education. Our initiatives encourage problem-solving, technology adoption, and knowledge sharing to address local development challenges.
We promote healthy behaviors and preventive care through practical, culturally appropriate health education. Our health tips focus on nutrition, hygiene, mental well-being, maternal and adolescent health, and disease prevention, empowering individuals and families to make informed choices.
We promote environmental protection and climate resilience through community-led action and awareness. Our work focuses on sustainable natural resource management, ecosystem restoration, climate-smart practices, and environmental education to safeguard livelihoods.
We work to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence in fragile and conflict-affected settings. Our approach combines community awareness, survivor-centered support, referral pathways, and coordination with local actors to promote safety, dignity, and justice.
We advocate for inclusive, gender-responsive, and youth-centered policies at local, national, and regional levels. By amplifying community voices and engaging decision-makers, we influence systems and practices to promote social justice and equitable development.
We conduct action-oriented research to generate evidence-based insights for program design and policy advocacy. Our research focuses on understanding community needs, assessing impact, and identifying innovative solutions to complex development challenges.
